One of the key requirements of the EU AI Act is that organisations must assess the risks posed by their AI systems before deploying them. This assessment must cover a wide range of factors, including the potential impact of the AI system on human safety, fundamental rights, and the environment.

Anekanta®AI’s AI Risk Intelligence System™ can help organisations to comply with the EU AI Act by providing them with a systematic and comprehensive way to assess the risks posed by their AI systems. The system challenges developers and users to consider a range of detailed questions about their AI systems, including the following:

  • What is the purpose of the AI system?
  • What data does the AI system use?
  • How does the AI system make decisions?
  • What are the potential outputs of the AI system?
  • What are the potential impacts of the AI system on people and society?

Once complete, Anekanta®AI’s AI Risk Intelligence System™ generates a detailed report that identifies and assesses the risks posed by the AI system. The report also includes recommendations for mitigating these risks.

Anekanta®AI’s AI Risk Intelligence System™ can help organisations to comply with the EU AI Act in a number of ways:

  • It helps organisations to identify and assess the risks posed by their AI systems.
  • It provides organisations with a systematic and comprehensive approach to risk assessment.
  • It helps organisations to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Alongside CE marking and conformity requirements, it provides organisations with evidence of their compliance with the EU AI Act.
