Updated Ethical Framework for AI Implementation

Bringing you new developments

Since Anekanta® created the ethical framework for AI implementation in 2020, there have been further developments which warrant consideration. These include reference to the Institute of Directors in the UK which has embedded our guide into its advice to company directors regarding AI governance. Additionally, the EU AI Act has moved forward substantially and will soon become law in 27 member states. This has significant ramifications for organisations operating within the EU, also for those whom are using the decisions of AI generated outside the EU, within the EU. Our framework refers to some of the requirements which may be considered good practice regardless, for example, within the UK Government’s AI Regulation proposals which encourage self-governance.

If you have any questions regarding the framework and how we may help your organisation assess AI risk, and provide or use/deploy AI ethically and legally, please do get in touch.
