Anekanta®’s risk and governance frameworks are published in the OECD.AI Tools & Metrics for Trustworthy AI
Anekanta® was established in 2016, and since has become a recognised global brand and market leader in Responsible AI. To support our work with our global customers we have developed a number of policy, risk and impact frameworks.
Our frameworks have been featured in the UK Government Resonsible Technology Adoption Unit (formerly CDEI) Portfolio of AI Assurance Techniques, and now we are announcing that we are published in the OECD.AI Catalogue of Tools and Metrics for Trustworthy AI, including:
Our Responsible AI governance framework for boards designed by experienced Responsible AI specialists to start the governing body of organizations on their journey towards managing AI responsibly within their businesses and supply chain including an audit of all AI systems in use, in development or in the road map. Our framework is available free of charge under a Creative Commons licence*.
AI Risk Intelligence System™ for biometrics and high-risk AI for EU AI Act and world regulations compliance designed by our technical and ethics specialists to assess and evaluate AI systems which capture and process biometric data. We categorize the AI systems according to their risk level defined in the EU AI Act (“the Act”). Our system is operated in-house by our domain experts resulting in risk and impact reports which guide our customers towards the right path to compliance with the Act and recommend the implementation of an AI Management System ISO/IEC 42001.
Facial Recognition Privacy Impact Risk Assessment™ System developed to assess the privacy risk and impact prior to and during the deployment of facial recognition technology by commercial organizations, for example, retailers. The system, which is available through an online application process, provides a report which guides the provider/deployer/user towards the mitigations required to minimise privacy and human rights impacts and manage the residual risk. The system is developed to support Data Protection Impact Assessment requirements (GDPR), Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments (EU AI Act) and the new British Standard BS 9347:2023 (pending) ‘Facial recognition technology – Ethical use and deployment in video surveillance-based systems – Code of practice’
