The Anekanta Consulting team is delighted to see its founder Pauline Norstrom recognised alongside the UK’s key AI influencers in the Artificial Intelligence Industry in the UK Landscape Overview 2021: Companies, Investors, Influencers and Trends.
This results from her focused work in the area of AI ethics in national and professional security with the British Security Industry Association (BSIA), who developed the ground breaking guide to the legal and ethical use of automated facial recognition software.
The guide has been presented as evidence to the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Artificial Intelligence (APPG AI) and included in the parliamentary brief prepared by the secretariat to the group and Think Tank, Big Innovation Centre.
The guide has also been published by the UK Government Home Office and is soon to become a British Standard.
